Applying for your MC Authority

The new trucking company will for through the  New Motor Carrier Authority process.
This process includes all of the following:

•     MC Number
•     US DOT Number
•     BOC-3 Process Agent Filing
•     Getting a trucking company name
•     Teaching and training from our staff leading you every step of the way and taking the time with you to answer all of your questions about your FMCSA Registration

You as the trucker mus know that you can not obtain your MC number quickly.

Getting your MC Authority will take a minimum of 18-21 days for it to become active.

 The FMCSA does not issue temporary or emergency authority and there is no way to speed up the 18-21 day activation time. 

Your MC number must be active before you can start operations interstate. And you must have a physical copy of your MC Authority certificate (printed copy) in your truck at all times.
